"Bag arrived, but the delivery was bumpier than expected"
My bag did eventually show up and it was packed well, so no issues there. I just expected the shipping process to be a little more straightforward. The updates were kind of inconsistent, and it took longer than I thought it would. Not a terrible experience overall, but I was hoping fulfillment would feel more reliable

"Site works, but it can be slow"
The site is easy enough to browse, but some pages take a while to load and the filters don’t always seem to show the most accurate results. Checkout was okay, just not as smooth as I expected. I also had to contact support and got transferred around a couple of times, which was annoying.

"Easy process, but the offer felt too low"
I tried selling a bag to Fashionphile, and the process itself was simple. They got back to me fast, which I appreciated, but the quote was lower than I expected and lower than a few other places I checked. I get that they have to resell it and make a profit, but it still felt a little disappointing. I also felt like I wasted energy gathering everything, taking photos, and going through the whole submission just to get an offer I wasn’t excited about. Not a terrible experience, just wish the quote had been better.

"My bag showed up so fast"
I ordered a bag on Monday and, i figured I’d be waiting at least a few more days. When it showed up at my door by Wednesday, I was genuinely surprised in the best way.
The tracking was easy to follow the whole time, and there weren’t any random delays or confusing updates. From my experience, Fashionphile shipped it out really quickly, and I was super happy with how smooth everything went.

I had a quick question about my order and expected to wait a lot longer, but support got back to me fast. They explained what was happening clearly and were polite about it, which I appreciated. I did have to send one follow-up message before everything was fully sorted out, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall it was a helpful and smooth experience.

"Payout was faster than I thought"
I sold my bag through Fashionphile and wasn’t totally sure what to expect. I kept wondering if the payout would take a while or if there’d be some kind of issue, but once they received it, the money showed up really quickly. The whole process ended up being simple, and I’d probably use them again

"Solid selection, but sizes go quick"
They’ve got a really good selection overall, so it’s easy to find something you like. The only thing is some sizes sell out fast, so if you see yours, I’d grab it while you can.

"Was nervous at first, now I’m impressed"
I bought a preowned bag from Fashionphile i was kind of stressing about whether it would actually be legit. But then it showed up exactly like the photos, and the authentication totally put my mind at ease. I went from side-eyeing the whole thing to being like, okay, I get the hype. I’d definitely shop with them again.

"Condition wasn’t quite what I expected"
The bag is still usable and I don’t totally regret buying it, but it definitely looked more worn in person than it sounded in the listing, like there were a few more scuffs and signs of use than I was expecting so that was a little disappointing

"Really good packaging, even though I usually stick to my go-to brand"
I’ll admit I was a little hesitant because I usually buy from a different brand I’ve been loyal to for a while, but this surprised me. The bag came packed really safely, the box was clean, and everything felt like it was handled with care. No dents or damage at all, which I really appreciated.

"Return was painless"
I had to send back a bag that just wasn’t really my style. The return process was easy enough, and I got my refund a few days later. I do wish the updates had come through a little quicker, but it all went smoothly overall.
